A terceira temporada de BM promete ser a melhor (até o momento), não só porque já passamos da fase Norman e seus "blackouts" - que o fazem parecer uma vítima diante de toda a situação - para entrar na fase Norman Bates embarcando na loucura do famoso psicopata que conhecemos na obra original de Hitchcock.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> É um trabalho muito complicado. Construir um personagem complexo como o tal. Torná-lo cada vez mais sombrio, mas sem tirar o lado humano que permite ao público a identificação com o mesmo. Norman ainda possui todas essas características. Porém, em "Persuasion", fica claro os motivos pelos quais ele vem perdendo a cabeça. Afinal, quando se tem a pessoa mais próxima de você questionando constantemente cada ato, cada movimento feito. Encarando-o com desconfiança e até medo, é perfeitamente natural que ele comece a questionar se é, de fato, uma pessoa ruim. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Tudo isso, é claro, só tem funcionado devido as atuações dos atores Freddie Highmore (Norman) e Vera Farmiga (Norma). Especialmente Highmore que aqui parecia implorar ao Emmy por uma estatueta. Não que ele tenha partido para o <i>over-acting</i>, mas optou por algo bem dosado e extremamente verossímil. É ele quem torna o diálogo explosivo com Emma parecer, ao mesmo tempo, um triste desabafo e um colapso mental. E depois disso, não sabemos qual será sua próxima ação, se irá apenas tirar a cama do chão (como fez), ou arrancar a pele de um animal vivo. Enquanto isso, a verdadeira Norma se mostra tão desequilibrada quanto, tentando controlar um castelo de cartas que está prestes a desmoronar sobre si. O desaparecimento de Anaka (que finalmente reapareceu), o filho psicopata, o possível romance com o xerife da cidade e o motel ameaçado pela nova rodovia são só algumas das coisas na cabeça de Norma no momento. Para isso, o terapeuta que conheceu por acidente na aula de psicologia poderá vir a calhar, já que a personagem tanto precisa colocar seus pensamentos em ordem.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Já Emma vem se tornando minha personagem favorita com certa razão. Vê-la carregando centenas de pés de maconha dentro do seu fusquinha vermelho com traje de <i>femme fatale</i>, não tem preço. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Enquanto isso, Dylan e seu papai/tio continuam com a linha de plot mais entendiante e irritante da história das séries de TV. Afinal, quem se importa com o tráfico de drogas daquela cidade? E já que entramos nesse assunto, quem tem qualquer curiosidade que seja a respeito do misterioso clube de "caça" cheio de prostitutas de luxo? Quem se interessa pela história da máfia daquele lugar? Tudo isso merece um prêmio por maior trama Who Cares do ano.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Mas, pelo visto, a série precisa de algum tempo de tela com outros personagens que não sejam os Bates, embora eles sejam os únicos que realmente importam.
